How TRAIDIN prevents money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions breaches, and what we may ask of you.
Effective 20 September 2026. This document forms part of the agreement between you and TRAIDIN TRADE LTD, incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles. Registered office: Suite 201 & 202, 2 Floor, Oliaji Trade Centre, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.
TRAIDIN applies controls consistent with the Seychelles Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act, 2020, guidance of the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit, and the FATF Recommendations, together with the requirements applicable to companies registered in Seychelles.
Every account is opened with a verified email address. Before approving deposits or payouts we may require government-issued identity documents, proof of address, proof of the source of funds and wealth, and confirmation that you control the paying and receiving accounts.
Enhanced due diligence applies to politically exposed persons, higher-risk jurisdictions, unusual transaction patterns and large or structured deposits.
We screen against Seychelles, UN, EU, UK and OFAC sanctions lists. We do not onboard, and will freeze, accounts linked to designated persons or to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions.
No deposit is credited automatically. Authorised staff review each submission against the transaction evidence provided. Deposits, withdrawals and account events are monitored for patterns such as reused transaction references, shared contact details, rapid deposit-and-withdraw cycling, payouts exceeding earnings and missing proof. Flagged records are escalated to human review.
We accept funds only from an account in your own name and pay out only to a destination you control. Third-party deposits, cash deposits and anonymising services are prohibited and may be frozen pending investigation.
Where we form a suspicion we will file a report with the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit or other competent authority and may freeze the relevant funds. We are prohibited by law from tipping off the account holder about such a report. Verification and transaction records are retained for at least five (5) years.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and respond to verification requests promptly. Refusal to complete verification may result in suspension, refusal of payout, or account closure. Compliance questions are handled through the secure message channel in your TRAIDIN account portal.
