Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise over it.

Effective 20 September 2026. This document forms part of the agreement between you and TRAIDIN TRADE LTD, incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles. Registered office: Suite 201 & 202, 2 Floor, Oliaji Trade Centre, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.

  1. 01Controller and legal framework

TRAIDIN TRADE LTD is the data controller. Registered address: Suite 201 & 202, 2 Floor, Oliaji Trade Centre, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. Data protection requests are handled through the secure message channel in your TRAIDIN account portal.

We process personal data in line with the Seychelles Data Protection Act and applicable regulations, and — where members are located in the EU/EEA or UK — on principles equivalent to the GDPR.

  2. 02Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, phone number, country, pseudonymous member ID, referral relationship, password hash (handled by our authentication provider — we never see your password).

Transaction data: deposit amounts, package selected, payment method, transaction hash or mobile-money reference, sender phone number, uploaded payment receipts, withdrawal requests and payout destinations.

Platform data: accruals, commissions, notifications, audit records of every account event, assistant conversations, and technical logs such as IP address, device and browser information used for security and fraud prevention.

  3. 03Why we process it

To perform our contract with you (operating your account, verifying deposits, calculating accruals and commissions, processing payouts).

To comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions screening and record-keeping duties.

For our legitimate interests in fraud prevention, security monitoring, dispute resolution, and improving the platform. Automated pattern analysis may flag records for human review; no decision with a legal effect on you is made without a human reviewer.

  4. 04Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our instructions: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and the AI provider used for the in-app assistant and staff review tooling. They may process data outside Seychelles; transfers are covered by contractual safeguards.

Regulators, law enforcement, auditors and professional advisers where we are legally required or entitled to disclose.

We never sell personal data and never disclose your name, email or phone number to other members. Referral and network views show only your pseudonymous member ID, join date, package level and earnings generated.

  5. 05Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with row-level database authorisation, so each member can only read their own records. Payment receipts are held in private storage scoped to the uploading member and authorised staff. Administrative actions require authenticated, role-controlled access and are written to an audit record that cannot be edited or deleted.

  6. 06Retention

Financial and verification records are retained for at least five (5) years after the end of the relationship, as required by Seychelles AML record-keeping rules. Assistant conversations and notifications are retained while your account is open. After the retention period data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

  7. 07Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests through the secure message channel in your TRAIDIN account portal; we respond within thirty (30) days. Some rights are limited where we must keep records for legal or AML reasons.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent Seychelles data-protection authority or your local supervisory authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.

  8. 08Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain session security and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  9. 09Children and changes

The platform is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data. We may update this policy; the effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
